Obituary

Albert Edward Carlisle Jr, age 80, of Temple passed from this life Thursday, June 4, 2020 at his home. He was born on the 27th day of September 1939 in Waco to parents Albert Edward Sr and Jessie Cornielus (Pate) Carlisle.
Albert grew up and lived a portion of his life in Waco having attended and graduated from Waco High School. After school Albert would serve his country proudly in the United States Air Force. He was married to the love of his life, Dovie for 21 years until life led them in different directions. Albert was a man of great patriotism for his country, dignity to all that knew him and a man of great love for his family. He made a career as a Brick Mason for a Construction Company for many years and eventually retired from there. After retiring from Masonry in 1986, he began driving a truck for JB Hunt until 2005. Albert enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Albert Edward Sr. and Jessie Cornielus Carlisle, 3 siblings, and a granddaughter Jessica Carlisle.
Albert will be greatly missed by his daughter Kathy Carlisle of Moffat and son Kenneth Carlisle of Tennessee Colony, as well as 3 Grand-Children and 3 Great Grandchildren.
A private Memorial service with be held at a later date.
Hewett- Arney Funeral Home of Temple is entrusted with the arrangements.
